Sant Niwas provides accommodation as a charitable service for pilgrims. This service is governed by the following rules:

• Right to Admission: The Trust reserves the absolute, unfettered right to refuse or terminate accommodation to any individual at any time without assigning any reason.
• Spiritual Discipline: Guests must strictly prohibit the use of intoxicants, non-vegetarian food, tobacco, and any conduct that violates the sanctity of Braj Dham.
• No Legal Rights: Stay at the ashram is purely for pilgrimage purposes and does not create any relationship of landlord-tenant, licensor-licensee, or any right of permanent occupancy.
• Verification: Guests must provide valid government-issued ID for local police compliance. Failure to do so will result in immediate refusal.

5. Limitation of Liability

K. P. Ramanuj Das Charitable Trust, its Trustees, officers, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage incurred by visitors on the ashram premises or through the use of this website. 6. Jurisdiction & Grievance Redressal

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
