The word Guru is derived from two Sanskrit syllables: 'Gu' meaning darkness or ignorance, and 'Ru' meaning the dispeller. Therefore, a Guru is the divine light that removes the darkness of worldly illusions from our lives. On the sacred occasion of Guru Purnima, which falls on July 29, 2026, we not only celebrate the timeless tradition of Guru-Shishya parampara but also joyously announce the official launch of the Sant Niwas website.

Sant Niwas is a physical manifestation of the divine vision of our beloved spiritual master, Param Pujya Sant Shri K.P. Ramanujdas Ji Maharaj (Sant Ji Baba). His life was an ultimate testament to pure devotion, boundless compassion, and Nishkam Seva (selfless service). Sant Ji taught us that true spirituality does not exist in isolation—it must overflow as love for all of humanity. Every brick of this ashram, every plate of prasadam served, and every cow cared for is a tribute to His teachings.
While Sant Ji may not be physically present among us, His divine grace continues to be the guiding force behind every initiative at the K.P. Ramanuj Das Charitable Trust. For a true disciple, the physical absence of the Guru does not diminish His presence. Instead, His teachings become the very breath of the disciple's life. We feel His radiant smile when a weary pilgrim finds rest, and we hear His gentle voice in the continuous chanting of the holy names.
It is with immense humility and gratitude that we launch this website on Guru Purnima. Our goal is to extend Sant Ji's loving embrace to devotees across the globe. Through this platform, we hope to share the rich spiritual heritage of Braj Bhoomi, inspire selfless service, and invite everyone to become a part of the Sant Niwas family. Let us all bow down to the lotus feet of our Guru and pray for the strength to walk the path of truth, love, and selfless devotion.
